Sustainable planning guide

The ÉcoQuartier guide has evolved from 2023 towards a “sustainable development guide” accessible to all development project leaders, regardless of the territorial context.

The framework has been updated to include in particular the objective of land sobriety, environmental regulations for buildings, the incentive for active mobility as well as the long-term objectives of social diversity. It also highlights correspondences with other existing standards, certifications and labels, in a logic of mutual enhancement.
